What counts as one event? +
One event = one QR-code session. You can run as many sessions as you want with the Free tier. Event and Event Plus are single-session purchases.
Do guests need to pay anything? +
No. Guests join free — the organizer pays for the event tier.
Can I upgrade mid-event? +
Yes. You can upgrade from Free to Event or Event Plus during an active session from inside the app.
What happens at the end of the retention period? +
You'll receive a reminder email 30 days before expiry. You can extend to 12 months ($15) or 5 years ($29) at any time. After expiry, media is permanently deleted.
Is there a free trial of paid tiers? +
No credit card is required for the Free tier, so you can try Festoso before buying a paid Event.
Do you offer refunds? +
